Privacy Policy

Stride Cleaning Co.
Effective date: October 22, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Stride Cleaning Co. (“Stride,” “we,” “us” or “our”) collects, uses and shares information when you visit stridecleaningco.com (the “Site”), request a quote, book a cleaning, or communicate with us by phone, text message or email.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Quote and contact requests: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code or service location, company or property name, the type of cleaning you need, details about the space, your preferred timing, and anything else you type into a form or message.
  • Booking and service details: the service address, access instructions, scheduling preferences and notes about your home or property that you share so we can do the work.
  • Communications: the content of calls, text messages and emails you exchange with us. Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes. When they are, we will tell you at the start of the call.
  • Payment information: payments are handled by third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.

Information collected automatically

  • Server and device information: like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and the date and time of your visit, to operate and secure the Site.
  • Campaign information: if you arrive through an ad or a tagged link, we record the source and campaign details in that link (for example, UTM parameters) so we know which marketing is working.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: we use cookies, pixels and similar tools as described in Section 4.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • prepare and send your quote, and follow up about it;
  • schedule, perform and confirm the cleaning services you book;
  • honor our guarantees, including the Re-Clean Guarantee;
  • communicate with you by phone, text message and email about your quote, appointments, service and account;
  • send occasional offers or reminders, if you have agreed to receive them;
  • measure and improve our Site, services and advertising;
  • protect the Site and our business against spam, fraud and abuse; and
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may send you texts about your quote, appointment confirmations and reminders, service updates, follow-ups and requests for feedback. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of buying any service.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except with the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf, as described in Section 5.

The terms for our text-messaging program are in our Terms of Service.

4. Cookies, analytics and advertising

  • Spam protection: our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to tell real visitors from bots. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information, such as device and application data, and sends it to Google for analysis. Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and Terms of Service (https://policies.google.com/terms).
  • Advertising measurement: we may use the Meta Pixel and similar tools from advertising platforms to measure how our ads perform and to show our ads to people who have visited the Site. These tools may collect information about your visit, such as pages viewed and whether you submitted a form, and may use cookies on your browser. You can learn more and adjust your ad preferences in your Meta account settings and at https://www.aboutads.info/choices.
  • Your controls: most browsers let you block or delete cookies. If you block cookies, some parts of the Site, including the spam check on our forms, may not work correctly.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

  • Service providers who help us run the business, such as website hosting, our customer-relationship and scheduling software, phone and text-messaging providers, email, payment processing, spam protection and advertising measurement. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
  • Our cleaning crews, who receive the details needed to do your job, such as the service address, access instructions and notes about the space.
  • Legal and safety reasons, when we believe disclosure is required by law, legal process or a government request, or is needed to protect the rights, property or safety of Stride, our customers, our crews or others.
  • Business transfers, if Stride is involved in a merger, sale or transfer of some or all of its business. Your information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.

6. How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes in this Policy. That includes keeping records of the services we performed, honoring our guarantees, resolving disputes and meeting tax, accounting and other legal requirements. When we no longer need it, we delete it or de-identify it.

7. How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. No website, internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

  • Texts: reply STOP to any message to opt out.
  • Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us.
  • Calls: ask us to stop calling you for marketing, and we will add you to our internal do-not-call list.
  • Access, correction and deletion: you may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity first, and we may keep some information where the law requires or allows it, for example records of completed work and payments.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state’s privacy laws. We will honor requests as required by applicable law.

9. Children's privacy

Our Site and services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
